Data retention, security and transfers

The data we hold is non-sensitive personal data and not subject to any sector specific data retention requirements. Our data retention period is ten years for client and prospect data used for B2B marketing. We also retain data that is necessary to maintain a suppression file. This to ensure that if we obtain someone’s data again we know not to use it.

The sensor activates when the e-mail message is opened and flags the e-mail address of the recipient as one that is capable of receiving HTML-based e-mail messages. This capability helps us to send the e-mail in a format you can read, which allows us to track the aggregate number of e-mails read and to measure, in aggregate, if any of the links in the e-mail were accessed. No other information is collected or used. If the recipient cannot receive HTML e-mails, the recipient will not receive a functioning sensor.

Log Files: We and our trusted third-party service providers use IP addresses to analyse trends, administer the site, track users’ activities, recognise current and potential customers at a company name and location level and gather broad information for aggregate use in improving the site and its applications and services.

Do Not Track Signals: This website does not recognise browser “do-not-track” signals or similar mechanisms.

Your rights: Access, Correction and Deletion
