Chris Lanaux serves as CTO and Head of Product and Engineering at Acxiom. He oversees the technology-related strategies and decisions aligning to the short and long-term strategic goals of the organization.

Chris is a seasoned operations and technology executive who has been at the center of Acxiom’s omnichannel data-driven transformation agenda in multiple roles over the last nine years. Most recently, he led the Acxiom innovation team designing and developing the Unified Data Layer framework, including a number of unique data environment solutions, establishing the omnichannel data foundation for many of the world’s largest brands.

Prior to serving as CTO, Chris spent three years as Vice President of Global Customer Operations, serving as a change agent to drive Software-as-a Service (SaaS) operational practices at Acxiom. He has also played key roles in Global Technology Services (Acxiom’s former ITO business), establishing and managing critical IT capabilities around the globe, as well as centralizing Acxiom’s product and engineering efforts as Acxiom embarked upon digital transformation.

Chris holds an MBA with concentrations in supply chain management and information systems from Michigan State University. He lives in Arkansas with his family and is an avid scuba diver.
