Customer Segmentation, Profiling & Insight

Data Training for Marketing Teams launches in 2008 to meet the training and skills needs of the modern marketing professional and those responsible for the interpretation of data analysis for marketing programmes. The sessions will be hands-on and interactive and will translate theory into practice whilst examining techniques which will ultimately demonstrate how to successfully profit from a Single Customer View Strategy.
Data Strategy and Marketing Week are the providers of some key Data Management and Marketing events for the industry and Acxiom are delighted to be involved in the training events for 2008. Acxiom's Head of Product Development, Analysis & Consulting, Nalini Kara will be helping delegates to uncover previously untapped, niche segments within their databases, and developing marketing campaigns and strategy from customer data insight.
Before joining Acxiom, Nalini ammassed vast experience in this area having worked for major organisations such as Rover Cars, BBC, Royal Mail and the Department of Trade and Industry. Other areas she will be majoring on during the sessions will be:
- Mastering Segmentation to deliver the complete picture
- Profiling and Pen Portraits
- Developing enhanced channel and campaign strategies from data insight
