For any company looking to target highly responsive consumers through direct mail (or doordrops), BehaviourBank is an invaluable consumer database which comprises demographic, lifestyle and intention-to-purchase data. It holds over 340 pieces of data across 11.5 million individuals in 7.5 million households and, as a result of being built using Acxiom’s National Shoppers Survey (an in-depth consumer habits survey distributed through doordrops and by direct mail), it comprises active responders to direct mail with a C2D bias.
Available variables include gender, stores frequented, products purchased, insurance renewal dates, care ownership, hobbies/activities, newspaper readership, home ownership, home improvements, consumer product ownership, credit card ownership and financial product holdings.
You can either select data ‘manually’, using a combination of core variables (e.g. age 55+ with an interest in charitable giving for a charity mailing) or, by taking a sample of your customer data and matching it to BehaviourBank we can develop a profile of your customers and find ‘look-alikes’ to your best customers.
